Roofr multi-building reports deliver comprehensive roof reports of multiple full-size structures, including length measurements, area calculations, pitch information (where available), detailed diagrams, and a consolidated summary of all structures.

Secondary Structures:
Smaller accessory buildings (garages, sheds, etc.) associated with a main property
Typically included as part of a standard property report
Multi-building Reports:
Complete, standalone structures requiring separate measurement
Sections of very large structures (such as portions of malls or airports)
Consolidated into a single comprehensive order for convenience and cohesive reporting
How to order a Roofr multi-building report
1) Start your order
From the Jobs section of your Roofr dashboard, click New
Select Report from the dropdown menu
2) Enter the address
Enter your required address in the pop up window
Addresses will auto-populate from the Google database
Ensure the address is correct and click, Continue
3) Place pins on all required structures
š”A pin will need to be placed on the overhead image on each building or building section required
To add a second pin: Click Add Multi-Family building
This confirms your first pinned structure as building '1' and creates a second pin
Move the second pin to your next building or section
Click Add Multi-Family building again to add another pin
Continue adding pins by clicking the Add Multi-family building button
š”Each click locks in your previous pin and creates a new movable pin. Only locked-in, numbered pins will be included in your order.
Click Confirm when you have placed numbered pins on all required buildings or sections
4) Submit secondary structure and notes requests
Select if you need to include secondary structures on the property
The notes section is also the place to include other information that may be required about the property or structure
When all the information is entered, click Next
Add extras to the order as needed
š”The number of reports shown at checkout should match the number of buildings you need
Click Order report to confirm
š”Your entire order will be stored under one job address, and each building measurement will be numbered in the order you placed the pins
š”Multi-building reports do not qualify for faster than 24 hour turn-around times
