If the pitch data is not currently available, we can provide the report WITHOUT pitch. However, the resulting square footage on the report will not be 100% accurate.

Roofr users can choose to opt-out of receiving reports when we are unable to apply the pitch, hereās how:
Navigate to the measurements section of your Roofr dashboard
Click the āSettingsā tab
Toggle OFF āReceive pitchless reports if pitch data is not availableā
