Tap DIY report

Select the image where you have the clearest view of the structure you wish to draw

Pinch the screen to zoom out on the image

Swipe the bottom of the screen to reveal the drawing tool drawer

Tap the grid icon. This will provide a 90-degree grid overlay to square off your roof for drawing

Use the rotate icons on the bottom toolbar to square off the roof against the grid

Click the grid icon again to remove the grid overlay

Tap the Draw tab in the bottom tool drawer

Draw the edges of the structure, beginning with the outer edges first

Tap the screen to lock in the end point of a line in the crosshair

Your edge lines will turn white when they are at 90 degrees and yellow when on an angle. Lines will turn blue when they are fixed into the drawing

Tap the Edges tab in bottom tool drawer

Label all of the edges on the structure by tapping the edge type in the drawer, then the corresponding line on the drawing

Switch labels by tapping another type in the toolbar and tap to label those line types.

Tap the Facets tab in the bottom tool drawer

Select the layer you wish to work on in the top left, or select ‘all’ to access any facet on the roof

To add pitch to an individual facet, click on the pitch value, and then click inside the facet

Click Mark as Done to finalize your report

Tap the arrow icon to Download a PDF or CSV of the report
