Business details (Know your business)

  • All fields, including a website, are required to confirm that the application is being done for a legitimate business

Ownership and Contacts (Know your customer)

  • Be sure to include your full name and details (ie: Michael, not ‘Mike’)

  • When entering in your company title, do not include any punctuation (ie: CEO not C.E.O.)

  • Under ‘Contact Information’ add the person who should be contacted about this application (ie: the office manager). If it is the main applicant, click Copy Info from owner #1

Processing Information (Risk profile)

  • This section is the most important to fill out accurately to ensure long-term success with Roofr Payments. Be as accurate and honest as possible to avoid limit and documentation issues.

  • Average Monthly Volume: Include your monthly expected income from ACH and Credit transactions. (ie: 5 x $20K jobs on average = $100k) Do not include amounts that you expect to continue receiving via other means, like checks.

  • Average Transaction Amount: Include the average amount you receive per each individual transaction. If your average job is $20k but your company policy is to take 50% deposit then your average transaction amount would be $10k.

  • High Transaction Amount: This is the highest transaction amount that you would expect to receive. (ie: large full job paid in one lump sum)

  • For these numbers, err on the side of upper estimates as Payabli uses these as soft-limits. This helps them proactively flag any fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account and protect you against chargebacks or returns.
