How to manage your Instant Estimator

  • Click Add New Instant Estimator to begin

  • Give your estimator a name that describes how it'll be used

  • Review the default questions your customers will see

    • Every estimator starts with a:

    • Get started page, address, slope and multi-story selection, and contact page

    • Address, slope, and contact form fields can't be removed

  • Add, edit, or rearrange any additional questions, then click Save

  • Click Back to your estimator to continue setup

  • Add your material options one at a time

    • For each material, enter the name, and your cost for low, moderate, and high-sloped roofs

  • Optionally add a multi-story surcharge, custom images, and an edited description for each material

    • Click Save for each

  • In Pricing Settings, configure:

    • Which materials are available to customers

    • Whether pricing displays in square feet or squares

    • The price range shown to customers

    • Any financing options

  • Select the owner for job leads coming in from this estimator

  • Choose the point of contact and the heading your customers will see

  • Add an optional scheduling link so customers can book a meeting directly

  • Toggle on any additional content you want included in the estimator

  • Click Preview to review your full estimator flow before publishing


Customizing Your Instant Estimator

  • Button colors in your Instant Estimator are drawn from your brand color

    • To update them, go to Settings → Profile & Branding → Brand color

  • You can make the phone number field optional for customers

    • To do this, open your Instant Estimator settings and go to Manage questions → Contact form → Edit


Publishing your Instant Estimator

When you’re ready to go live with your Instant Estimator;

  • Toggle on Mark as Published

You’ll be able to:

  • Copy and share the direct link

  • Download a QR code for marketing materials

  • Get the code to add a widget on your website
