ESX FAQ

Why can’t I order an ESX file for a particular address?

  • We need the highest resolution imagery to draw ESX 3D reports. In some cases the imagery available is good enough for our 2D Roofr reports but not 3D ESX files. In this case, we prevent our users from purchasing the add-on at checkout.

Why did my ESX file order get rejected?

  • In order to create an ESX file we need to model the roof in 3D. Currently we don’t have support for all roof shapes. We are working hard to continue to roll out the ability to design additional roof shapes and will continue to improve availability.
