  • From your Job Board click Settings -> Manage Stage

Customizable Categories

  • New Incoming Leads - Lead qualification activities

  • Qualified Leads - Sales activities through proposal signing

  • Won Jobs - All post-sale activities (pre-production, production, completion, invoicing)

šŸ’” Stage categories impact dashboard metrics like speed-to-lead and conversion rates.

  • Move (1), delete (2) or toggle on/off (3) stages as desired

  • Use the pen icon to rename any unlocked stages

Locked Categories - These final job outcome categories cannot be disabled or modified, though individual stages can be renamed:

  • Completed Jobs

  • Lost Jobs

  • Unqualified Leads

  • Simplify workflows - Remove unused stages or consolidate into broad groups

  • Expand workflows - Add detailed steps for multiple teams or services
