Setting Up Job Numbers
In your Roofr Dashboard, go to the Jobs section and click the Settings tab
If this is your first time using Job Numbers, click Set Up
Otherwise, click Customize.
Configure your preferences:
Optional text – a custom prefix or label
Date format – how the date appears in your job ID
Starting number – the first number in your sequence
Separator – the character between each part of the ID
Drag the headings into the order you want them to appear in your job ID
Your job ID will appear on the Job Card and the URL of your Job
💡 Roofr automatically suggests the next number in your sequence (if you've already created 24 jobs, it'll suggest starting at 25)
