How to manage Custom Job Addresses

  • Create a New Job

💡 After typing at least 3 characters, address suggestions will appear in a dropdown.

💡 The top address suggestion will be used as a starting reference to initialize the map and pre-fill the address fields.

  • At the bottom of the suggestion list, click Enter address manually

  • Click on the map view in the exact location of the job to Drop a pin

    • Or, add address details in the provided fields

    • Clicking on an area recognized by Google will automatically pull in the postal/zip code for that location

  • Review and edit any of the address fields as needed

  • Add an optional Job Name

  • Click Create Job

To Order a Roofr Report

  • Click New → Roofr Report on the Job Card

  • The Pin will land in the exact location you set up

  • To order a report, you will need to move the pin to an existing Roof that is available in imagery

To Create a DIY Report

  • Click New → DIY Report on the Job Card

  • Upload your imagery or blueprints to draw

  • Your custom address will appear on the DIY report.

Tips

  • Moving the pin updates the address automatically.

    • If you reposition the pin without editing the address fields manually, the fields will update to reflect the new pin location.

  • For reports, the pin location is what matters.

    • When you order a Roof Report or DIY Report, the system will navigate to the exact location where you dropped the pin — not just the typed address.
