How to use the Lead Performance Dashboard

The performance dashboard is your at-a-glance insight on how your business is performing. The Lead performance tab helps you understand which source is bringing in the best performing leads.

Setting Up Your Dashboards

Each dashboard automatically reflects the data from your jobs. However, the data in your performance dashboards is only as good at the data in your job cards.

To get the most accurate intel on the way your business, always keep your jobs up to date in Roofr. The more details the better. The more historical data you have, the more you can optimize your performance.

How to use your Lead Performance Dashboard

Set your filters

View your Job Reports by time period:

  • Day, week, month, quarter or year

Then refine your view (optional) by:

  • Address, customer, owner, stage, status, workflow or dates

💡 Click Reset to view all lifetime jobs on your report

💡 Set a 'Job Created' date and a comparison date to see percentage change in the KPI cards and compare performance across time periods.


At-a-Glance Metrics

  • In the top panel, view your number of leads and quick numbers on speed, qualified and close rates


Lead Map

  • View exactly where your leads are coming from across regions

  • The dots represent lead clusters by workflow and help identify where marketing is working


Lead Performance Table

  • View your leads broken down by source to understand which channels are leading to more qualified and won jobs


Lead Volume Over Time

  • Track how leads come in over different time periods to spot trends and seasonality


Unqualified Leads Breakdown

  • Track why some jobs aren’t moving forward in your pipeline


Detailed Job Chart

  • Contains all jobs data and can be sorted and filtered as needed
