How to use the Lost Jobs Performance Dashboard

The performance dashboard gives you a quick view of how your business is doing. Use the Lost Jobs tab to find out where you can save lost opportunities.

Setting Up Your Dashboards

Each dashboard automatically reflects the data from your jobs. However, the data in your performance dashboards is only as good at the data in your job cards.

To get the most accurate intel on the way your business, always keep your jobs up to date in Roofr. The more details the better. The more historical data you have, the more you can optimize your performance.


How to use your Lost Jobs Performance Dashboard

Set your filters

View your Job Reports by time period:

  • Day, week, month, quarter or year

Then refine your view (optional) by:

  • Address, customer, owner, stage, status, workflow or dates

šŸ’” Click Reset to view all lifetime jobs on your report

šŸ’” Set a Job Created date and a comparison date to see percentage change in the KPI cards and compare performance across time periods.


At-a-Glance Metrics

  • View your Highest job value, most frequent reason, average days to lost, average value of lost job and your total value of all lost jobs


Job Lost Reasoning Table

  • See exactly why jobs are being lost and take action


Detailed Job Chart

  • Contains all Lost Jobs data and can be sorted and filtered as needed
