Setting Up Your Dashboards
Each dashboard automatically reflects the data from your jobs. However, the data in your performance dashboards is only as good at the data in your job cards.
To get the most accurate intel on the way your business, always keep your jobs up to date in Roofr. The more details the better. The more historical data you have, the more you can optimize your performance.
How to use your Team Performance Dashboard
Set your filters
View your Job Reports by time period:
Day, week, month, quarter or year
Then refine your view (optional) by:
Address, customer, owner, stage, status, workflow or dates
š” Click Reset to view all lifetime jobs on your report
š” Set a 'Job Created' date and a comparison date to see percentage change in the KPI cards and compare performance across time periods.
At-a-Glance Metrics
View your top closer, biggest job, most assigned jobs and most qualified leads
Ranking Table
Shows each team member's job count, close rate, qualified close rate, value of won jobs, and average job value for the selected date range. Rankings update based on whichever filter is applied. Rank is based on close rate - the team member with the highest close rate ranks #1, and so on down the table.
Sort your team by performance indicators including; jobs assigned and close rate percentage
Keep tabs on your most consistent closer and who is landing the biggest deals
Detailed Job Chart
Contains all jobs data and can be sorted and filtered as needed

Top closer: The team member with the highest close rate in the selected period
Biggest job: The single highest-value job in the selected period, and who owns it
Most assigned jobs: The team member currently assigned the most jobs
Most qualified leads: The team member who has qualified the most leads in the selected period
